into a rental property that the owner is responsible for the walls of windows, doors and pipes. They have buildings insurance. Your neighbor must have a copy of your lease of this summary of their responsibilities. xx

Is this normal wear and tear, must pay the landlord. If there is something to pay directly caused by the tenant, the tenant needs. Also in the lease agreement that repairs must be made to be included.

It depends on what is written in your lease. While the owner has insurance a homeowner should not be language in the contract that describes the maintenance, lawn care, etc.
