What is this oil like type of residue in top of my 1 day old green tea ? - jasmine pearl tea

I have done everything jasmine tea last night and was suddenly abandoned. Then I went 2 cups were made available, and I can only pot on my desk. Today I looked and there was no film also super thin, which seems to be an oil spill at the top. It's almost like a thin film of grease or wax cold.

Jasmine tea is quite natural dragon pearls.
